Therapy can help create a sense of security, confidence and well being.  It can ease anxiety and provide support and clarity through life's uncertainties, stresses and transitions.  I help clients ease anxiety by cultivating inner-resources--experiences that settle the system and bring about a positive felt-sense of safety.  Tracking and growing these experiences creates the inner conditions needed for unraveling old patterns, facing difficulty, and for exploration.  As a somatic therapist, I work in a way that keeps the body in mind.  I hold a deep trust in the power of awareness, and understand therapy as a way to catalyze and support organic growth. I am a queer therapist and love supporting my community.

I specialize in life transitions related to relationships, family, career and education.  I enjoy working with parents, including queer families, single parent families, blended families and other less traditional families.  I see individuals and couples, and work with people of all sexual orientations and genders.  Learn more about my specialties and  approach to therapy.

I love the work of therapy and bring myself to it fully.  I am inspired by attachment theory, and grateful for my understanding of the nervous system. I can become soap-box passionate about self-care. Learn more about me and what inspires my work.
